I recently discovered 'Hunters Hair Specialists' after I read the salon reviews and decided to go with stylist Amber. I'm so pleased that I did, she is an amazing hairdresser. The salon is lovely and very professional. I had my 2nd cut there today and I am so pleased with the result. She actively listens to how you'd like your hair (and any hair goals if you are in a transition growth period). She talks you through the haircut as she goes along to make sure you're happy with it. She gives great advice about styling techniques for blow drying to achieve the same look at home. She is very knowledgeable, very friendly and a lovely person too. Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the ladies at Hunters for the wonderful experience they gave myself, and my bridal party, last week. I have been using Hunters for a short while, and my stylist, Amber, has been amazing. Love my new haircut, and colour - so perfect! On the wedding morning, the team made a wonderful effort to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. Leanne did a beautiful up-do for my mum too - who was over the moon! I have had some not great experiences in the past 18 months in other salons in Dunmow so was nervous to try somewhere new again but my experience at hunters was brilliant. The stylist (Amber) was very knowledgeable and helpful she listened to what I wanted and I’m very pleased with the cut, colour and condition of my hair. I had the lovely amber do a big hair change yesterday on me and I love my hair so much! She’s the best at what she does she’s so lovely to! Had my hair coloured for the first time and restyled by Emily and she has done an amazing job! From my initial consultation all the way to the end result, Emily was helpful and very knowledgeable and got my hair looking exactly how I wanted it to be! The salon is beautiful and all the girls are really friendly and chatty which made sitting in the chair a really enjoyable experience. I have previously had my hair highlighted in four different salons before I found Hunter’s and none of them did my colour as well as Emily does. I moved from Dunmow to Chelmsford but continue to go to Hunters as I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair now!
